Noticed this hotel already on the list as a 3.5 star property. I got it as a three star property. I always get nervous when I get a hotel at a lesser star, as it indicates to me that a property is trending downward. However, the tripadvisor reviews are good.

I woudn't get to nervous because of the downgrading. Sometimes it seems to me as if HW changes the category slightly in order to create confusion for us bidders, keeping the gamble alive.
