followed your strategy to the letter

for my date - 8th april (one night)

started at 31 pounds + 4* airport area - rejected but if i added on ten more pounds.....

went up to 32 pounds and added south boston - again rejected

so then "jumped" to 34 pounds and added medford - bingo - got it - with tax adds up to 42+ pounds but what a buy!

used PRICELINE link to hyatt site and found best rate for my night is $169 com rate otherwise $179
