Hotwire Hotel: ID'ed Hotel, but didn't get it!

I used your link to buy a 4* hotel for $49 per night, June 25-28 in the Berlin Mitte Kreuzberg Tiergarten area. The amenities were

Boutique, Breakfast, Fitness, Restaurant, HSIA, Business, Laundry

When I hit the buy button, the words "Derag Hotel Grosse..." flashed on the screen. If there was anything else, I did not see it. Then, instead of getting my hotel, I got another message that this hotel was no longer available!

I checked on TA, and this looks like the Derag Hotel Grosser Kurfeurst hotel, which is now a 4*, so it looks like Hotwire also upgraded the hotel.

Totally unsure why they started to give me the hotel name, then backed out. I went to my account just to be sure, but it is not listed. Shame- good ratings and about half the price of the Hilton also listed for those dates.

Anyway, there's an old hotel with a new rating and a new set of amenities for you. And I don't have a hotel, but I'll keep checking with your links.
