Now called the "Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour" it was formerly called and is listed here as "Conrad Hotel"

Started bidding at $145 for 5* in Mayfair/Soho then increased bids by $3 a time adding most of the other London areas one by one to allow rebids (Not Docklands) until this hit.
