I ended up booking another HOTWIRE offering which turned out to be the Westin Bayshore. The Betterbidding description for the Westin Bayshore accurately matches the HOTWIRE listing.

My mistake. I got the Westin Bayshore through PRICELINE, not HOTWIRE. My winning bid was $95 per night.
