$99 nt for May 20-May 26th. I saw this for $93 earlier.

Any guesses? I've been reading the forum and saw Westin and Sheraton at 80 - 85% recommended -- ??

The amenities above match previous reports for both the Westin and the Renaissance, so either of these would be my best guess... although i wouldn't rule out Sheraton either since it does have all the amenities above (but has never been reported with this combination)

If a hotel is sold out on PRICELINE, will it still be available as an option when I name my own price?

I am looking in a particular section of Seattle, and there are only 3 hotels there that Priceline offers. When I search for named hotels on the dates that we need, it only shows 1 hotel available in that section for that timeframe. I am curious if this is the only hotel that I can win if I name my own price - (Which is what I am hoping for.). Any idea on this?

Don't use PRICELINE's retail service to determine the availability of hotel rooms; it rarely shows everything that's available. The hotels' websites are generally the best place to look for that information.

Marriott Courtyard Lake Union. It seems that the Residence Inn and the Silver Cloud are both sold out for my dates (5/20-5/26) as per their hotel websites--but I have offered up to $108 for the Lake Union hotel and no bites yet. Maybe they just don't have anything. :)

Ok, we offered (through your PRICELINE link) $76 and got the Silver Cloud Lake Union for 5/24-5/25. We'll use Marriott points and stay the remaining dates. Thank you!
