caboodles Posted May 9, 2010 Author Report Posted May 9, 2010 I chose lake buenavista, resorts then started my Bid at 60 but unfortunately was rejected. Added sea world and increased my bid by 65. Added another location and increased my bid again to 70. This process continued until I reached 80 and was still rejected. Now, I'm just considering waiting for 24 hours so I can start over. I'm trying to book a room for May 18-20. ANY TIPS???
thereuare Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread (and don't bump your threads after 25 minutes without a reply)The HOTWIRE property above matches previous reports for the Buena Vista Palace Walt Disney World Resort and the Hilton WDW, so either of these would be my best guess for this one. Also, note that PRICELINE only guarantees double occupany, and while the risks in this area or are less than in an areas such as NYC, it is still a risk that you may receive a room with only one bed.. is this a risk you're willing to accept? If you want to continue bidding on PRICELINE, how high are you willing to bid for this stay? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. caboodles Posted May 10, 2010 Author Report Posted May 10, 2010 It's been 24 hours and I still can't bid. it says duplicate request or something...
AaronJB Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 Did you make multiple bids yesterday? I'd double check when the bids were made, and if it has been 24 hours and continues to say "duplicate request" I would contact PRICELINE.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
caboodles Posted May 11, 2010 Author Report Posted May 11, 2010 I gave up on PRICELINE. However I'm considering this on HOTWIRE:3.5* Lake buena vista Downtown Disney area hotelAmmenities: gym, pool, restaurant, laundry, internet and golf nearbyCould this be Radisson?? If so, any reviews on this hotel?
thereuare Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 The above is a match for the Radisson Lake Buena Vista so that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
