When I performed the search, the amenities for the 4* hotel in Downtown Toronto East also included Smoke Free, and a Bed Choice option was given. The hotel had a TripAdvisor rating of 4.0 and was recommended by 90% of Hotwire customers. If this is the hotel you see as well, then my best guess is the Westin Harbour Castle.
