Looked the Langham (decided it was would be a good choice if I did not get the InterContinental)

The price went down from 159 earlier this week to 129 - figured that I could get a better price on PRICELINE but I was going to be happy with the Langham or the InterContinental.

Got the InterContinental total price with taxes - $155 - Save $200 from website price!! :)
