Tried for 4* with no luck so downgraded to 3.5* and attempted $80 on the first bid, which was accepted right away. So there was potential to have started the bidding at a lower amount. This was won a few days ago, using the PRICELINE link from BetterBidding.

Using my Delta Privilege membership, I was able to get my room changed from a smoking to a non-smoking, along with views of the city, free internet and queen bed (instead of the two doubles I was initially given).
