question, for same day bids, does the hotel system get the reservation inmediately? Another Words, Can I Bid, Win and head right to the hotel,Providing its after check in time?

While it may not be quite instant, the hotel should have your reservation shortly after it is made. You should be able to go right to the hotel either way, and if there is an issue, provide your reservation number and/or they could call PRICELINE.
