Please help me identify two different 3.5* Hotels in Center City East Philly for 08/08-08/10

When I put in 2a/0c I get option 1, and when I put in 3a/0c I get option 2:

1) 2a/0c Center City East 3.5*: Fitness Center, Restaurants, Laundry Facilities, High Speed Internet Access, Trip Advisor 3.5 (500+) 70% Recc, $79

2) 3a/0c Center City East 3.5*: Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurants, Laundry Facilities, High Speed Internet Access, Trip Advisor 4.0 (500+) 90% Recc, $89

3.5* 2/0 likely Club Quarters, while the 3/0 3.5* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but may be the Crowne Plaza w/a new smoke-free icon.

Just booked the second one (3a/0c) and it was the Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel!
