From the list, it looks to be the Fairfax:

4.5* Fairfax at Embassy Row (previously 4*)

Note, as per the question in my post, the amenities the OP posted are different than the Fairfax, which is why i had asked if their offering also showed an Internet icon.. but unfortunately we have not heard back from the OP :)
