I just booked the Sheraton in Birmingham for $73 per night for our overnight stay 5/8/10 - 5/9/10. The hotel is listed as Central Birmingham with the following features:

Pool

Restaurant

This hotel is adjacent to the BJCC in downtown Birmingham. We've stayed here before. The beds are very comfortable. Not much to eat or do near the hotel.
