I believe from previous postings this will be the Sheraton, but wanted to double check:

Also, how "near" is "Near beach?" Walking distance? We stayed at the Westin previously and that was just across the street, would this be the same type of set up?

I apologize, either the price changed, or I typed the wrong amount (likely), the price is $79/night.

The above is a match for the Sheraton Ft Lauderdale Beach Hotel so that would be my best guess for this one.

Sheraton got a private beach strip with sunbeds. So you don't have to cross the street like you do from Westin. I have stayed here several times before they restored it and this is the best value on the beach. You can't get better for the price.
