adimsumbum Posted May 3, 2010 Report Posted May 3, 2010 Hi, new to this board but was wondering if I could get some help/advice. I'm looking to book in Chicago for three nights 5/16-5/19. I see a 4* in The Loop on HOTWIRE for $75; amenities include: fitness, restaurant, business center, and Internet access. 85% customer rating with a 3.5/5.0 tripadvisor rating. I was wondering if you could help me identify which hotel this could be?And if you are able to identify it, is this location good? Right now I'm seeing the Affinia for $100/night (same dates) on Expedia and am wondering if this would be a better bet, both value-wise and location-wise.Or if you advise to look at other options, please let me know. Thank you for all your help.
AaronJB Posted May 3, 2010 Report Posted May 3, 2010 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)The 4* Loop would likely be the W City Center. A nice price if you are looking for a very trendy boutique hotel, but not optimal from a location standpoint. That 50% off Expedia deal for the Affinia is a REALLY, REALLY good deal for a hotel in a much more optimal location. However, one note - you can make it a better deal by using coupon code 10SPRING ($10 off each night.)Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches (or our Expedia link if you decide to go that route)
