This property has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess that this is the Sheraton Ft Lauderdale Beach (previously the Sheraton Yankee Clipper). The Yankee Clipper previously has this amenity combination except for the Smoke Free icon, and given the Sheraton Ft Lauderdale Beach is a smoke free property, it may have been added after the name change.

Regardless of what this is, I wouldn't worry too much in terms of quality on this one given the very high 4.5/5.0 Tripadvisor rating (which incidentally, is consistent with the Sheraton Ft Lauderdale Beach hotel)
