Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Victoria Best Western (Carlton Plaza??)

Tried 80 for a 3* but rejected, 95 for 4* rejected also. at last accepted 2.5* at Victoria best western(downtown) for 60 USD. I dont know if it could be lower, but its just one night, im fine with that~
