Hotwire Hotel: 3* Portland (Lake Oswego-Tigard) Holiday Inn Express

Irritated at Hotwire, bid on a 3* through their opaque process for Lake Oswego / Tigard oregon and I get the Holiday Inn Express Lake Oswego which they claim is a 3*, when I look at Horwire's retail side of the operation where you can create a vacation by selecting specific components, the same hotel is listed as a 2 1/2* property, sounds like a bait and switch to me, in the end it was a good price, the hotel gets good reviews, and everyplace else that I looked showed the same hotel at $99 a night
