There is a different 3* Boca Raton property that is a Suite property when searching for 2 adults/2 children for $56, as well.

The idea behind booking for 2adults/2children is that perhaps a different hotel will be shown, once which you can take a guess at, and purchase that one, even though traveling alone.

The 3* appearing with a Suite icon hasn't yet been reported to the board, but if i were to take a guess i think the Doubletree Guest Suites would be among the likely candidates.

Even if not the Doubletree, let's assume for some reason a room with more space would work better for your plans, using the 2a/2c search provides you an alternative to the first hotel shown.

Lastly, since this is an extended stay, you may want to consider seeing if this property (either the 2adult/0children or 2adults/2children) appears for both the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to "look behind the curtain". If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

I no longer remember the details but I bid on the first property (2.5 star) and got the Boca Raton Plaza Hotel And Suites.

After checking Hotwire and finding no record, then Priceline, I discovered that I had gone with purchasing a flight+hotel package for this property through the latter. Sorry for the confusion! In the future, I'll try to be more diligent (and accurate!) in updating my posts.
