Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Orange County (Disneyland-Garden Grove) Crowne Plaza Anaheim

I made a reservation last week for a 4-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Resort Anaheim (Garden Grove, CA). I called today to add a request for a king size bed and they have no record of my reservation - they searched by confirmation number, my name, and my arrival date and can't find anything. I've called the hotel directly and the company's toll-free number with the same results. I called priceline and they just said it was a confirmed reservation and gave me the same confirmation number that the hotel can't find. I told them again that they can't find the reservation and finally she said I would be emailed a resolution in about 2 days. The woman I spoke with was very difficult to understand and I wonder how much she actually understood me. Has anyone had this happen to them? I've bid on lots of hotel rooms and have never had this problem and I'm a little worried.

I think I started around $38 and bid up to $43 w/ free rebids. This was the hotel I wanted so I hope it's a good one. They can't find my reservation at the moment so hopefully that gets resolved! Will use PRICELINE link on this site next time I bid.

Is your name spelled correctly on your PRICELINE winning bid confirmation page? Did you call the number directly on your confirmation page or did you look it up yourself?
