that trip got canceled so no go on the reservation.. updated nevertheless

I think this one is either the Club Quarters Midtown or the Manhattan Centre Hotel but I am not sure.

Please advise.

The amenities above match both the Manhattan Centre and the Club Quarters, but the Tripadvisor rating points to the Club Quarters as the more likely of the two... HOWEVER, i'm not currently seeing this property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates, is this property still offered on your own HOTWIRE search?

Did you see the 3.5* Wyndham Fashion 26 offered in the Chelsea-MSG zone for $167/nite... it's a fairly new property which has been getting good reviews, and although in a different zone, would seem to be a better value than the MTC property above, imo.

thanks for the insights. the Wyndham Fashion 26 is a great tip but unfortunately i don't see it anymore nor my original options. will keep looking foe other options

What are your current needs for this stay? What star rating and budget are you seeking? Have you tried bidding on PRICELINE or do you prefer having a guess as to the property you might receive before purchase?

I am looking for a 3.5-4* (i.e. Hilton, Millennium etc level) for 200-250$ before taxes, preferably mid-town or upper west side, but Empire state area would also be a viable option.

I saw some really competitve prices for undisclosed 4* hotel in mid town on lastminutetravel.com though (no link from betterbidding unfortunately). Do you happen to know whether they are legit?
