Thanks Yellowdog! I'd take the George if you're pretty confident that's it.

But you don't think this might be the Monaco? What's the distinction in amenities?

The TripAdvisory recommendation seems lower for Monaco than George ... could that be relevant?

What I'm really looking for, to be honest, is a 4* (any 4*) in Dupont Circle for the dates May 31 - June 4.

Can you help me strategize to nab that from either these HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links?

The Monaco has previous been seen with a Business or Golf icon, the property above has neither. As well. for this property HOTWIRE indicates a 4.5/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, which is consistent with The George, and not consistent with the Monaco... best guess for the above is The George.

There is no bidding on HOTWIRE, so you would just purchase at the offered rate. With PRICELINE you can't bid on a specific hotel, so you may receive a hotel other than this one (and if a different hotel it won't likely have a as highly rated user review rating) so you need to be willing to accept any hotel in the zone(s) that you select.
