Neither of these hotels have yet been reported to the board.

If i were to take a guess for each, i think the 2.5* could be the Best Western Capistrano Inn and the 2* the Americas Best Value Laguna Inn.

IT WAS THE AMERICAS BET VALUE INN. great price considering that their is a huge blues festival there that weekend. most places required a 2 nite minimum
