Increased bid to $40 using a search area of Buckhead and Jonesboro for the additional bid (since Jonesboro only had a 2* maximum rated hotel), $40 bid accepted for Hyatt Place Buckhead. 5/4/10 thru 5/6/10(I just didn't feel like going in $1.00 steps, sorry)
