Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (MTW) Club Quarters Midtown

Hi -

I'm new to this board so please bear w/ me...

i'm looking for a hotel in nyc (4* preferably or 3.5*) - TS, Central Park, MTW / MTE or Soho... willing to pay up to 160... not sure if that's doable.

Interested dates - 5/13/2010 - 5/16/2010

To confirm your zones... did you want to bid the Central Park South zone?

Also, note that Soho is part of the Downtown-Fincial District zone. Are you willing to stay anywhere within the boundaries of this zone, or only in the Soho part of this zone?

Thanks for responding. While I prefer to stay in Soho, I am open to the financial district if I can get a reasonable deal.

First choice would be somewhere close to TS. Thanks again for your help!

You didn't reply regarding if the above is supposed to be Central Park South, so i'm going to assume it is and that you're first step is to try for a 4* hotel in the CPS, MTE, MTW, Downtown and TS zones.

I don't think you're budget is going to be enough for a 4* but if we have the zones correct, and you want to give it a try, you can proceed as follows:

At the 4* level you have SIX re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Select 4* TS, MTW, MTE and Downtown...

Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $125, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $130, if rejected close browser and use our link to re-access PRICELINE

Select 4* CPS...

Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $125, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $130, if rejected close browser and use our link to re-access PRICELINE

Select 4* TS, MTW, MTE Downtown and CPS

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to book anything for 160. So I just booked for May 13th and I'll worry about the wknd later.

Got Club Quarters Midtown for $170... not great but it'll do.

I booked the hotel through PRICELINE through bidding with the help of betterbidding :).
