Priceline Hotel: Need hotel near Sheraton Towers

I have to attend a dance convention at the Sheraton Towers which is around 53rd and 7th. I have to stay at that hotel from July 4th through the 9th. I will be arriving on June 30th, so I need a hotel within walking distance to the Sheraton until I move there on the 4th. Can't afford to stay there the whole time. Any suggestions that will be nice yet affordable.

I would like to be within walking distance. I will be attending events at the Sheraton. Ideally a 3 star hotel since I'm with my daughter who is not a minor. I would like to be under $150, if that's possible.
