Priceline Hotel: Need Help

Having trouble booking something nearer to the mall from 6/7-6/11. I've tried the following with no luck:

- 4* Downtown/White House up to $170

- 3.5* Downtown/White House up to $150

- 4* Convention Center up to $160

This is already maxing out what I was hoping to pay.

Hotwire has a 4* Dupont Circle for $139, but I'm not sure what it is: smoke free, gym, restaurant, business, internet. Looks like it could either be Hotel Palomar or the Dupont Hotel.

I'd prefer to stay closer to downtown, but might end up doing Dupont Circle if it isn't feasible. Any advice?

The HOTWIRE property above also shows a 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, which would make the Dupont Hotel the more likely of the two, and that would be my best guess for this one.
