My first time using PRICELINE.

Yesterday (04/26/10) I bid $86.00 for Downtown Ottawa 4*. Rejected. Then I bid same $86.00 for 4* & 3 1/2*. Again rejected.

Today I bid $91.00 for 4* and won the Marriot. It listed @ $169.00 at a popular site and Marriot site.

Sweet deal. Hotel was very clean. We had a room on the 24th floor overlooking the Ottawa River and could see Parliament Hill off to the right.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Close to everything we wanted to do. Walk to the Hill, Byward Market, and museums. Sparks St pedestrian mall right outside. We went to the Bluesfest @ LeBretton Flats where the Military Museum is and it was about a 15-20 minute walk.

Would stay here again.
