Am new to this site, but have heard great things. We are looking to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale are on 10th and 11th May. Have found:

5* Scottsdale Area Hotel - $114

Resort, Fitness Centre, Pool, Restaurant, Bus Centre, High Speed Internet, Golf nearby Tennis neaarby

Recommended by 90%, TA rating 4.5, 300+ reviews

4* North Scottsdale Condo - $123

Condo, Resort, 1 Bedroom Suite, No Smoking, Daily Housekeeping, Child's Activity Programme, Fitness Centre, Pool

Recommended by 95%, TA rating 4.5, over 20 reviews

I would really appreciate any help in identifying these. Also, would a resort fee be payable in addition do you know?

The Five star one is no longer agailable.

The 4 Star North Scottsdale $123 states:

Restaurant, Business Centre and Laundry,

Resort, 1 bed suite, Smoke Free room, daily housekeeping, Children's Activity Programme, fitness centre, pool, restaurant, Business centre, laundry facilities, high speed internet, gold nearby, tennis nearby, spa services, condo.

There is also a 4.5* hotel, North Scottsdale, $114

Resort, fitness centre, pool, restaurant, business centre, internet access, golf nearby, tennis nearby, spa services

Your help would be much appreciated.

My guess for the 4* would be the Westin Kierland Villas, while the 4.5* may be the Hyatt or Fairmont (although I'd lean towards the Fairmont.)

You were spot on. Have just booked 4* North Scottsdale Condo - $123 for 10th and 11th May and it is indeed Westin Kierland Villas. Very happy with this price. It will be a perfect start to our trip.
