Westin Paris was our #1 choice. Thanks to a previous posting, we got exactly what we wanted. I think it's the only 4 star in the Louvre area with laundry facilities.

Our room is more expensive than others because I requested for 3 adults. I've emailed the hotel and waiting for their reply on exactly what type of room I will receive.

I ran into a pretty interesting thing during my bidding. I think HOTWIRE places some tracking on your PC, and adjusts price according to how many times you have tried to bid. I have two PCs. I've been looking at this hotel for about 3 days on PC#1. This morning PC#1 was showing $324. However, when I used PC#2, it's showing $319. I went back to PC#1, and used a different browser, and it's also showing $319. There is a price delta on this and some hotels, but not all.

While the price delta is only $5 for this hotel, I wonder if there can be bigger gaps for others.

No they don't. This +/- a few dollars change is normal for the HOTWIRE listings. There's no pattern for this.

Westin informed me I will be getting an oversized King room with a rollaway bed for 3 adults. While I was hoping for a small suite, the oversized King room is $729 on Westin.com, so I'm still pretty happy with my Hotwire price of $319.
