Priceline Hotel: Help identifying 5* hotel in Barcelona

Hi all

I searched Hotwire for 2 people in Barcelona on 25 June 2010 to 28 June 2010 and the first result that comes up is as follows:

Downtown - Marina - Les Ramblas area hotel

Amenities - Boutique hotel, Oceanfront, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s)

Price: $184 a night

From searching previous posts here, I think it may be the W as 80% of travellers recommend as this corresponds more or less with TripAdvisor (79% recommend) but would be very helpful to see what people think.

This property has not yet been reported to the board, but was previously asked about in this Hotwire Barcelona thread... the user of that thread guessed the W Hotel while i put my guess at the Eurostars Grand Marina. Here is an excerpt from that thread:

While the W seems like a good guess, note that this property shows a 4.5/5.0 Tripadvisor rating whereas the current rating of the W Barcelona is 4.0/5.0. HOTWIRE's information is only a snapshot in time and not updated in realtime, so the 'live' TA rating may have been lowered since HOTWIRE's last update, but the difference in Tripadvisor rating would suggest a different property.

I'm going to to guess the Eurostars Grand Marina, which has been reported to the board previously at the 5* level, but unfortunately the user didn't report the amenities shown before purchase, so we don't know the amenties associated with it, although the above does seem to be a decent fit.

The Eurostars Grand Marina would still be my best guess for this one.

Looking at the zone carefully, the Pullman Barcelona Skipper is an oceanfront 5 star hotel with a 4.5 rating on trip advisor and may be a possibilty.
