Got this hotel in Long Island City area for $60 per night.

Tried all areas in Manhattan up $75 per night for 3* and 2* and nothing was coming up.

Did a second search only selecting Long Island City and got the Fairfield Inn. I am happy with the result. Just 10 mins by subway from Manhattan, and from the hotel you have city view.

Total for 5 nightS totaled $367.50.

Reviews seem nice in Tripadvisor.
