jacobsstcg
I've been bidding for the last week and a half for two rooms from May 27th to June 1st. My first choices were Boston Harbor Front, Copley Square, Fenway Park and Quincy Market. I bid all the way up to $100 per night for a 4 star in those areas with no luck. Here is a list of failed bids I madeFailed$100 - Boston Harbor, Copley, Fenway, Quicy and Convention Center - 3 star/3.5 star/4 star$90 - Boston Harbor, Copley, Fenway, Quicy and Convention Center - 2.5 star$90 - Boston Harbor, Copley, Fenway, Quicy, Convention Center and Cambridge - 3 star/3.5 star/4 star$90 Boston Harbor, Copley, Fenway, Quicy, Convention Center, Cambridge, Brookline - 3 starI was beginning to worry that I'd have to go up to $120ish dollars to get anything. Not wanting to spend that much I added the Brookline area and went down to 2.5 stars for 85 dollars and my bid was acceted at the Best Western Boston - The Inn at Longwood Medical. Obviously I would have liked to have gotten something more central, but for the holiday weekend and needing two rooms I'm happy. It looks like it's fairly close to a T station and the reviews on the internet are overall positive so I'm looking forward to the stay.I hope that helps someone. Happy bidding. Link to comment
