Priceline Hotel: June 5-7 and 10-12 Request for tips!

I would like a 3, 3.5 or 4 star for Boston for June 5-7 and June 10-12 (2 nights each).

I have bid up to $97 and was still rejected. I was hoping for Copley or Quincy but am willing to settle for other centrally-located areas.

Does anyone know of zones that are usually cheaper? Will I have better luck if I wait and bid closer to the travel dates? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
