Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Seattle (Downtown-Pike Place) Renaissance Hotel

Needed a decent downtown hotel for two-nights of M's baseball.

1st Bid: 4*/Downtown - Pike Place/$65...REJECTED.

2nd Bid: Added Seattle Center - Space Needle...REJECTED.

3rd Bid: Added 3.5*...REJECTED.

4th Bid: Offered $72...ACCEPTED.

Had I not been in such a hurry to get this booked, I probably could have waited it out a few days and scored this property for a bit less (or could have scored a 4*/Edgewater/Westin for the same $$$). However, needed an answer ASAP so as to get very good M's seats...

BTW: Non-valet parking at this property is $30 (or $32) per night, but then all hotels and parking lots downtown will run similar rates. Even the Hilton at SeaTac charges ~$25/night, so it's not that bad (though if you need a SeaTac hotel w/free parking, try for the DoubleTree).
