I'm sorry. At first I didn't know what you were talking about. Saratoga and Manchester.

Then I looked at my profile and saw that I asked about those places 2 years ago and didn't follow up. I apologize, but since I have been to those locations a few times since then I just don't remember the results for the 2 mentioned.

I hope you can still answer me here and I have made a note to myself to follow up here with the information on this trip.

It was the Kimpton Hotel Monaco.

Seems like a very good deal since rates from the hotel directly were almost double.

Now If I can only find a place to park nearby at a reasonable rate.
