Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Boston (Cambridge) Marriott

Hi

I had recently won a priceline bid, at the first try from 4/1/10-4/4/10 at the Hyatt in Cambridge for $65/night

I am trying to book a room for my inlaws for 4/23-4/24 all week, rasing the price by increments of 5 and I am up to $90/night and still no success

Does anyone know if there is any special events or someting like that in the area? hotel?

Rates for this specific nite look a little higher than usual (but not terribly so) although elsewhere in the city rates seem more "normal"... is this the only zone that would work for your in-laws, or would actually staying in the city proper (Copley Square-Theatre District or Quincy Market-Faneuil Hall zones) be acceptable as well?
