First try: Downtown Norfolk $38 -> Rejected, but suggested to increase it by $11 (I refused).

Second try: Add Central Suffolk $42 -> Accepted at Crowne Plaza Norfolk.

Actually, I expected Residence Inn or Courtyard, however, I got Crowne Plaza.

It seems this is the first report of Crowne Plaza at 3*.

Anyway, thanks for the BetterBidding. I used your link to PRICELINE.

BTW, I couldn't get any 3.5* hotel for my trip at Downtown Norfolk when I tried with up to $65.
