Priceline Hotel: Help a newb place a bid

Hey Everyone, I am new to priceline and have never placed a bid before, but have stayed in Vegas a couple of times. I'm looking for a 5* hotel, preferably Wynn. The days that I am considering are early June with two possible 3 night ranges. They are 1. Checkin Wed, out Saturday. 2. Checkin Saturday, out Tuesday.

What is a target price range that I should be looking at, especially since those two involve either a Friday OR Saturaday? I am thinking of starting at $80, but would be happy with 100-110. Is this realistic? Also, how much would this change if I changed the days to Sunday-Wed?

The dates I am considering are June 2-5 or June 5-8.
