Went through PRICELINE link at this site.

First bid of $49 was accepted for a 3* stay tomorrow, April 17th. Hotel rates from website are pricing at $99 for the same date.

This is the one I wanted. Whoo hoo!

Just wanted to update:

The hotel was nice, built from an old mansion. Really beautiful grounds. Lots of parking, but in a lot across the street from the hotel itself.

We checked in on Prom night, which was downstairs in the ballroom. The clerk offered to put us in a different building but we preferred the King size. The noise from the ballroom was loud but the clerk told us about the prom so it didn't bother us.

Outside the room we had a shared balcony, which was nice. We got to say hi to our neighbor.

We didn't find an ice machine or soda machine in our building, but it's possible we just didn't look in the right place.

Well worth the price.
