As a hotel without any amenities has not yet been reported to the board, i don't think we'll be able to add much insight into this one as there really isn't much to go on.

Since this is an extended stay, you may want to see if this same hotel appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the first nite in order to 'look behind the curtain' and learn the name of the hotel; if you're happy with the results go ahead and purchase the remaining nites of your stay, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your trip.
