Hotwire Hotel: ID hotel 4* TS

Hi All...need help IDing hotel in NYC...or other suggestions for a weekend stay in NYC. This my first time posting.

Staying there for a weekend June 26-28. Looking for a 3.5-4* Hotel in either TS, MTE, Central Park. Here is what I saw on Hotwire:

4* (No smoking, fitness, restaurant, internet, business, spa) for $189 in TS; 500+ reviews, 4/5 rating on tripadvisor, 90% recommendation

Budget is under $200...preferably $150. Any ideas or suggestions?

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess would either be the Westin Times Square or W Times Square with a previously unreported smoke-free icon. I'd lean towards it being the Westin, though.
