Kendra
I've got an offer of $108 for a 4* hotel in the Burbank-Universal-Glendale area. The problem is I cannot tell what hotel I'm bidding on at hotwire.com. From other posts I've read it sounds like it could be either the Sheraton Universal (which would be perfect) or the Hilton Glendale which would be a major bummer b/c it's so far from Universal! The one thing I did notice is it shows the golf symbol and even though the hotwire hotel list says they share the same amenities it doesn't show golf as listed with the Sheraton. Could that mean it's definately the one I don't want or is there another way to tell? I know I'm pushing my luck by asking this so late but I promised to take my daughter away for Spring Break this week, but my work kept me from fulfilling my promise. I was finally able to get the day off tomorrow and want to take her to Universal Studios in LA. I figure if we do the driving tonight (from San Diego) we'll be able to spend the whole day tomorrow...and at least she'll feel like we got to "go away" b/c we spent a night in a hotel! I just need a nice hotel 3-4* thats near Universal for one night...if anyone can help I would be so grateful! Link to comment
