emanuele091 Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 My first offer was at 65, then 70, 72, 80 and finally accepted at 85.I pretty much sticked to the downtown area which is what I wanted, adding only hollywood and santa monica to get rebids.In the final rounds I just waited 24 hours and tried just with downtown.Emanuele
