Another guess is the Marriott Beachside Resort, even though it doesn't show the exact same amenities as has been reported here previously.

Since the Reach recently went through a major renovation, I think it's not very likely to have been downgraded, but I have no clue how these decisions are really made.

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess is that it may be the Reach Resort, downgraded to 3.5 from 4*.

I looked up Reach and they have a $25 per day resort fee (ouch) but that is not mentioned on Hotwire so I don't think that is it. Thanks for the feedback.

Actually HOTWIRE does list a Resort fee for this property:
