Sorry if this has been answered already...

1. Bidding on PRICELINE. If I bid on a 4star and don't get it do I get another option to bid on a 3.5 star and then do it again?

2. If I bid on a 3.5 star would that include 3.5 and 4 or JUST 3.5

You need to be willing to stay at any 3.5* or higher in the zone you're bidding at.

You can bid for a lower rating but not a higher.

Testing out this whole process the other night and bid $100 for a 4* and was offered it if I added $22. I declined and came back and bid again today $100 and got it.
