I saw this hotel today. I believe it's a new entry at this price.

Amenities are boutique hotel, fitness center, restaurant, business center, high speed internet.

Recommended in 85% of customer reviews.

Any idea?

Personally, I think that's a great deal for August, and especially if that listing is in fact the Sutton Place. However, if you would like to wait, please keep us updated on what you decide.

Rate has changed again. Now its' $82.00... :)

Sutton Place sounds good on tripadvisor.

Do you think it's a good location, within walking distance to some Chicago attractions?

The Sutton Place is in a very nice area - the Gold Coast neighborhood - which is just a few minutes walk North of the North Michigan Ave. area. To get to the Loop, you could take the subway - there's a subway station a few blocks from the hotel. Quite a nice/well-reviewed property, too (4.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page for this listing.) Not the most central location, but upscale area with a lot of restaurant options nearby - easy walk to Michigan Ave. and lots of transit options nearby to go elsewhere in the city.

When searching for the above dates, I'm seeing a 3.5* Mag Mile property with these amenities for $119 and which is a regular rate property offered by Hotels.com - when I click on the "continue" button to go to the detail page, it's showing as the Club Quarters Wacker at Michigan. Are you still seeing the above listing for $74?

I saw it again (or similar with same rating/location/amenities) at $69. I took my chance and you were right: Club Quarters Wacker at Michigan.

It's a 42% discount vs the non opaque advance purchase rate you've seen on Hotels.com.

Not the deal of the century but I hope this is still a good bargain. It's into my price range and area I was looked for.

What is the difference with the River Hotel? Looks like the same place... But these two hotel are different on tripadvisor.

Just for information and because I cannot change the tittle of this tread myself: Rating on Hotwire was 3.5* for Quarters Wacker at Michigan (not 3*) and the price was $69 (not $74).
