bear07 Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 i wanted to priceline bid on an atlantic city 4* and was wondering if anyone can be pretty sure that i can get a casino hotel and it be on the boardwalk? also, i needed to book 2 rooms, which i know is possible, however is there a way i can get in one of the rooms double beds instead of a king? thanks for the help!

AaronJB Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 There is no way to guarantee a particular amenity or bed type. You can request a bed type after booking, but whether or not to grant the request is up to the hotel. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 HOTWIRE may be a better option for this stay as you may be able to take an educated guess as to the property beforehand, thereby knowing (or at least taking an educated guess) if it satisfies your criteria (casino, boardwalk, etc) for a hotel.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. bear07 Posted April 14, 2010 Author Report Posted April 14, 2010 so i took at look at hotwire. so i put in 5 people 2 rooms for june 18th check in and june 19th checkout. however, i didn't get a four star. when i put in 2 rooms and 2 adults i got the four star hotel with Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s) , Restaurant(s), High-speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby . It doesn't seem to be by the beach. Which hotel may this be? Do you think I can still book these rooms and check in with 5 people?
AaronJB Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 I see the 4* when searching for 2/4, but not 2 rooms/5 adults. You could risk booking it with 2 rooms/4 people, but then I wouldn't make the fact that you were a party of 5 known and getting more than one bed would definitely be less likely. This 4* would appear to be a possible match for Harrah's.Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
bear07 Posted April 22, 2010 Author Report Posted April 22, 2010 we decided to book through caesars website. got a bedroom for $149
