I was trying to find something in the $75-$100 range in either SOMA, USW, or USE. I kept adding zones (no4* zones) and had the bidding up over $100. Then I finally just added Financial-Embarcadero and brought it back to $95. And then I got the Parc 55. Alright, that works. :)
